• All payments are non-refundable.

  • Full payment required before any good(s) leave our premises

  • If you opt for pickup, damages on the goods that happen after it has left our premises will not be our responsibility to repair.

  • Free delivery for all purchases of ₦10,000,000 and above.

  • The company shall charge 5% on the value of customer’s purchase as storage fee where a customer does not pick up or is not ready for delivery in a week after the agreed delivery date.

  • Every cancelled order(s)/purchase(s) after it has been produced attracts 30% charge of Good(s) bought by the customer. And 70% to be refunded to the customer when the order has been sold not before.

  • A customer must come along with his/her receipt in case of any Complaints or a request for any repair.

  • Any item(s) broken by an individual in the showroom will be Paid for.

  • Please, do not sit on any of our good(s) in the showroom.

  • At least 70% of payment has to be made before any bespoke order is processed.
